As the year is coming to an end, we wanted to send a message and a warm greeting to all of you in our community. It has been a very exciting year for us, starting back in March when we had the public Alpha. The Alpha showed us that there was great potential in the game but also that some areas needed adjusting. That lead to some fairly big changes in our game that we just managed to get ready in time for release, incl. free-aim, no stamina consumption on guns, and limited ammo. Whilst these changes seem like minor adjustments, we know that they all added to the special experience of Immortal: Unchained together with the story, level design, and those damn teleporting enemies.
Since launch, we have tried to balance our time between polishing what is already there and expanding the game. Most recently, we of course released New Game+, but there are also other things coming in the New Year, which we are really, really looking forward to sharing with you.
Finally, we want to thank you all in the community. For expressing the joy of playing Immortal, for reporting bugs, for suggesting balance changes, and for letting us know how much you “love” those DAMN TELEPORTING ENEMIES!
Immortal: Unchained is the first game we at Toadman Interactive have fully developed ourselves, but we look forward to sharing many more with you in the future. Here is to 2019 and we wish you all a Happy New Year!
